OSIRIS 5 14 JULY 1997 Same construction as Osiris 4 but with the addition of a gif animation timed at 750/100 in the background. (I've since learned that Netscape Communicator has the capability of running background gif animations while 3.0 doesn't. If you are using an earlier browser there will be no difference between Osiris 4 and 5. I don't know about MSIE). The background has one less black instance in its series whereas the segments have two giving it nine instances of color instead of ten. The result is much less pleasing or meditative but creates more variety in terms of the foreground/background relationship. What is needed now is a middle ground.
